Holy Communion prayers
Since I started doing daily Holy Communion privately, I have come up with some prayers that I find useful in communicating with the Lord during the time of Communion.
1. Prayer of personal examination before communion:
Lord God, Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ dying on the cross for me. Please prepare my heart for Holy Communion today. Examine me and seek out any sin that may be hidden within me; expose it that I may confess it and repent of it. Help me to remember the price that You have paid to ransom my soul from Hell by sending Your Son Jesus to take my place, dying the death that I should have died, and giving His life for me so that I may have eternal life with You. Virtual communion service
Two days ago, because my church was supposed to have Holy Communion this past Sunday but it got held off to the point where it got cancelled when the service ended, I decided to host my own Communion service online with my YouTube audience.
"The Jeremiah School"
I'm thinking of creating a Christian version of the Harry Potter books called The Jeremiah School. In this series, young people with supernatural powers are given dreams that they are the Jeremiahs, the young prophets that have been called of God to be His army in the end times, and to that end they go to a school called the Jeremiah School, which is watched over by a headmaster who is the longest-living Jeremiah and probably the first to be called a Jeremiah, the founder Jeremiah Xavier.
