John Preston

John is honestly an underrated character in the Left Behind: The Kids series. And honestly it surprises me that his sacrifice isn't mentioned often in the series. In fact, it was omitted from the dramatic audio presentation. John was the first Young Tribulation Force member to directly lay down/sacrifice his life for someone else. While Chaya Stein and Ryan Daley were brave facing death. neither of them died while saving someone else. John could have lived by entering that submarine, but he chose to give his friend his seat in the submarine when the Peacekeeper One was about to be destroyed. Truly a character that should have been written about more.
