Talia Washington is the fourth and youngest child of Lucinda Washington and Charles Washington, and the younger sister of Young Tribulation Force member Lionel Washington. Talia was taken in the Rapture.

Before the Rapture[]
Talia grew up in Mount Prospect with the rest of the Washington family. Lionel treated her fairly well but didn't spend a lot of time playing with her, for which he later expressed regret.
