Ryan Victor Fogarty is the biological child of Cheryl Tiffane and the adopted son of Tom Fogarty and Josey Fogarty.
Biography[]
After the Rapture[]
Ryan was born during the 4-year mark into the Tribulation. His father most likely is Thomas who was the boyfriend of Cheryl Tiffane and a student at the local university who left Cheryl a month before she was sent a Global Community re-education facility for stealing food from a grocery store. Ryan spent the next few years of his life enduring the hiding and horrors of the Tribulation. Cheryl Tiffane, Ryan Victor's biological mother, disliked the fact that Ryan Victor was adopted by Tom and Josey and once even kidnapped the child. Ryan Victor's friend, Mark Eisman, who had often taken care of the infant, would be arrested and executed by the Global Community just six months before the Glorious Appearing, at which Ryan Victor was presumably 3 years old.
The series ended when Ryan Victor was around 3 years old at the Glorious Appearing, but is possible that Ryan Victor may have lived in peace during the first century of the Millennial Kingdom. It is very likely that Ryan Victor may have became a believer before his 100th birthday. It is possible, but highly unlikely, that Ryan Victor joined The Other Light, given his experiences and background.
Personality[]
Judd Thompson Jr. once said that Ryan Victor was "full of spunk." In Heat Wave, it is said that his favorite bedtime song is "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star". After Cheryl Tiffane kidnapped him and he was with Clemson Stoddard once the Young Tribulation Force located him, he was humming a crude version of "Jesus Loves Me". When Mark Eisman asked Clemson Stoddard to sing to Ryan, Mark said that Ryan likes "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" and "Hush Little Baby". When Ryan heard the title "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star", he exclaimed "Twinkle!"
