Nina Ben-Judah is the stepdaughter of Tsion Ben-Judah and a tribulation martyr. She became good friends with Judd Thompson Jr. before her death.
History[]
She and her brother Dan Ben-Judah met Judd Thompson Jr. in book 7 when Judd visited Israel with Bruce Barnes. Nina was forced into hiding because many Jews were furious at her father for his beliefs. Nina's friend and neighbor Sam Goldberg and his father helped him and her brother Dan leave the house occasionally through an underground tunnel that connected the Ben-Judah house and the Goldberg residence. In book 8, Nina reveals to Judd that Sam's father stopped helping them, though Sam still talked with Nina and Dan. Unfortunately, though, religious zealots looking for Dr. Ben-Judah dragged out his family members onto the street and asked them for information. Mrs. Ben-Judah, Nina, and Dan were all shot to death with automatic weapons for refusing to give them any information.
Sam recorded a videotape that recorded the deaths of Nina and her family, which Young Tribulation Force members Judd Thompson Jr. and Ryan Daley used to lure the entire group of murderers to their final grim fate at the hands of Eli and Moishe, thus avenging Nina's death.
Nina was resurrected in Triumphant Return, the 40th book of the Left Behind: The Kids series, and was seen with Dan reuniting with their stepfather.
