Murder in the Holy Place is the thirtieth book in the Left Behind: The Kids series, by Jerry B. Jenkins, Tim LaHaye, with contributions from Chris Fabry. It was originally released in June of 2003. This novella along with two others were later released in the compilation volume, Deceived (Left Behind: The Kids).

After witnessing a horrific plane crash, Judd Thompson Jr. and Lionel Washington must find a way back to Jerusalem on their own. A terrifying scene awaits them as Nicolae Carpathia prepares for another deadly display.

Back in the United States, Vicki Byrne helps a new believer by contacting an acquaintance of long ago. The decision thrusts the kids into a meeting with a Global Community worker and leads to an unexpected adventure.
