Joshua, the son of Nun of the tribe of Ephraim (formerly called Hoshea), was the legendary leader of the children of Israel in the Bible who took over for Moses after he died on Mount Nebo, taking the people across the Jordan River to possess the land of Canaan. He along with Caleb, the son of Jephunneh of the tribe of Judah, were one of two people who survived the punishment God wrought upon them by causing them to trek around the wilderness for forty years, until all who were twenty years old and older that came out of Egypt had died, because Joshua and Caleb followed Him wholeheartedly. One of Joshua's famous exploits was leading the people of Israel around the walled city of Jericho for seven days until the walls fell down.

Joshua and Caleb had visited the people at the Children Of The Tribulation school to tell of their exploits in "Kingdom Come".
