Jim Dekker is an undercover believer working as GC personnel. He was responsible for the escape of Vicki Byrne, Darrion Stahley, and Charlie by blocking the tracking feed, enabling the kids to once again, go undercover. He met up with Natalie Bishop and together they were able to coordinate escapes and rescues of believers. Jim also helped to plan the getaway of a group of believers in Kansas that was successful.
