Germany is a country in central Europe that during the Tribulation became part of the United European States of the Global Community. Several German nationals, such as Otto Weser, Jerry Kingston, Rainer Kurtzmann and Gretchen Kurtzmann became prominent believers and even martyrs during the age of the Tribulation. Germany was the place of origin for the Protestant-reformation, when Martin Luther critiqued the various dubious practices of the Roman Catholic Church. He also the wrote the "A Mighty Fortress is Our God," which would song by believers during the Tribulation.
