Dr. Consuela "Connie" Conchita is the Global Community's Director of Health Care. She was in charge of treating people who were injured with sores by the Demon-locusts.
She later became the Surgeon General of GC. While suffering from the plague of the boils herself, she appeared on television dispensing advice for dealing with the sores. Under orders of Suhail Akbar, she provided the sedatives to be used on the two pilots (Uri and Kerry) who failed to bomb Petra, so they are rendered unconscious while they were cremated alive.
