After the Rapture[]
During a rescue operation from a Global Community prison in Des Plaines, Illinois, Jim Dekker created for Colin the assumed identity of Commander Regis Blakely who was stationed in Joilet, Illinois (which is where Chloe Irene Williams would later be executed). He was to use the identity of Regis Blakely to infiltrate the facility and extract four prisoners. They were Bo and Ginny Shairton, Manny Aguilara, and Maggie Carlson.
